Sugmya Pujan Vidhi is a platform that connects devotees with independent pandits for pooja and ritual services. We facilitate discovery, scheduling and payments; the ritual itself is performed by the pandit, who is an independent practitioner and not our employee.
2. Bookings & timings
Bookings are confirmed against a pandit's published availability. Muhurat timings shown are indicative; your pandit ji will confirm the exact vidhi timing with you. Please connect on time for online poojas.
3. Cancellations & refunds
A booking may be cancelled with full automatic refund within 2 minutes of creation. Thereafter, cancellation before 24 hours of the pooja time is eligible for a refund of the pandit fee minus platform charges. Concerns after a completed ritual are reviewed by our team within 24 hours.
4. Faith & religious nature
Pooja services are matters of faith. We present ritual descriptions in good faith per tradition, but spiritual outcomes are a matter of personal belief and cannot be guaranteed by the platform or the pandit.
5. Pandit conduct
Pandits listed on the platform are verified before onboarding and remain subject to removal for misconduct, ritual misrepresentation or safety concerns reported by devotees.
6. Payments
All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Prices include the pandit fee, samagri charges where applicable, and a platform fee shown transparently at checkout.
