Account basics (name, phone, email), your location if you choose to set it (for matching in-person pandits near you), booking and pooja details, and reviews you write. Devotees may optionally provide sankalp details (gotra, name) for the ritual - shared only with your pandit ji.
How we use it
To match you with the right pandits, create and manage your bookings, send booking updates over SMS/WhatsApp/email, and keep the platform safe. We never sell your personal data.
Sankalp & ritual data
Sankalp details provided for a pooja are visible only to you, the performing pandit, and (for support) our admin team. They are never used for advertising or shared with third parties.
Data retention
Booking records are retained for dispute resolution and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account and personal data; transaction records required by law may be retained.
